Hyundai Honored by Canstar again – ‘Best Value for Money 2011’

A 2011 Canstar survey has again shown that Australians love their Hyundais, with customers voting Hyundai to be the best value for money in the Automotive category. The survey also found Hyundai sedan owners to be the most satisfied of all sedan customers, beating leading Japanese brands and local favourites Ford and Holden. It’s a great result, and testament to Hyundai’s mid-size sedan, the i45, which combines advanced powertrain technology with practical and luxurious features.

Canstar Blue Award i45It’s not the first time that Hyundai has been honoured by Canstar Blue. In 2010, The Customer Satisfaction report surveyed 2,500 people covering price, service, product range, accessibility and clear billing across a number of key categories including airline, mobile phone provider and automotive. Hyundai was awarded first place for overall satisfaction in the cars category, and also first place in the ‘Value For Money’, ‘Point Of Sale’, ‘Service’ and ‘After Sale Service Support’ - in front of long time Australian favourites Holden and Ford, and ahead of six other leading Japanese manufacturers including Nissan, Mazda, Honda and Toyota. Customers who had made a new car purchase within the last three years believed they received the best sales service at Hyundai.
