2010/2011 Season ProgramWHAT IS GOALS FOR GRASSROOTS?Goals For Grassroots is Hyundai’s football support program which is aligned with the respective Australian clubs in the Hyundai A-League. Hyundai will provide a financial donation to a grassroots club based on the number of goals scored by the 'home' HAL club in that corresponding match throughout the Hyundai A-League 2009 / 2010 Season. Since the beginning in 2007, Hyundai has raised a total amount of $169,000 for Goals for Grassroots. Since the beginning in 2007, Hyundai has raised a total amount of $169,000 for Goals for Grassroots.HOW DOES IT WORK?One match will be designated as the Goals For Grassroots match in every round throughout HAL5 (total 27 Rds); whereby a grassroots club aligned to an association affiliated to the Football Federation Australia will be selected as the recipient of the Hyundai donation based on the number of goals scored by their 'home' HAL club in that match. HOW IS THE DONATION ESTABLISHED?Hyundai will donate a guaranteed $1,000 PLUS $1,000 per goal scored by the home team (to a maximum of 4 goals = $5,000) to a selected Australian grassroots club per round.HOW CAN MY CLUB BE ELIGIBLE?To be eligible for selection as one of the lucky 27 grassroots clubs, simply complete the Application Form and tell us why your club should be selected. You are also able to attach photos to support your submission.
