The Hyundai “F Series” engines deliver powerful performance, combining exceptional economy, reliability and long term durability. F150 engine for HD65 and HD75 produces 579Nm of torque and 110Kw/Power, the best torque across the light truck range. F140 engine for HD45 produces 372 Nm/Torque and 103Kw/Power.

The new HD series trucks have advanced manual transmissions with smooth easy to operate triple cone synchronizers. This feature improves shift quality and durability.
HD45 and HD65 are fitted with 5 speed transmissions.
HD75 has a 6 speed transmission.

The cab rides on four oil cushioned rubber mounts. This design innovation is the key feature creating the soft and comfortable ride.

The heat-treated steel frame is reinforced with cross members and new bolt-type fasteners, these combine to reduce frame twisting and flex.

The HD series offers increased safety and security of ABS. When the system senses the brakes locking in adverse or slippery road conditions, it automatically adjusts and controls the individual braking pressures to keep the truck firmly on course and under control. EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution) is integrated into the ABS feature to control brake force according to the load.

Radiator reservoir is installed on the inner side of the fender and is easily checked and replenished.

The washer tank is mounted in a safe and secure location outside the rear panel where it can be easily checked and replenished
