Our Hyundai iCare Service Centres are an important part of your ownership experience. Long after you have received the keys to your new car, you will maintain a relationship with a dealership through your vehicle’s service and maintenance program.
The highest priority in our iCare program is to ensure each dealership has the best trained technicians working on our customers vehicles. We try to ‘fix it right the first time, every time, on time’, and we are confident we can do just that.
Each technician who maintains and services your vehicle at any of our Hyundai iCare Service Centres around the country has completed rigorous training and testing programs through their Hyundai Academy. Our factory trained technicians are the experts, ensuring the maintenance of your vehicle is completed accurately and promptly to keep you on the road.
The Hyundai Academy is an integral part of the education and training program of our technicians. Located at our Hyundai Motor Company Australia headquarters in Sydney, the Academy offers state-of-the-art training facilities for our national dealer network’s technical teams. This is supported by our regional training centres, and also ‘go-to’ training where we deliver programs to Hyundai staff in provincial areas.
The Academy offers an integrated training program with a variety of training modules covering Sales, Service, and Parts operations. Technicians are guided through the accreditation process and encouraged to increase their skills moving through the recognition programs to become the most respected and regarded specialist, a Hyundai Master Technician.
