Hyundai Motor Company Australia has been a proud sponsor of the Hopman Cup tennis tournament since its inception in 1988. Ten years later, in 1998, Hyundai took the mantle of Title Sponsor, renaming the event the Hyundai Hopman Cup. In 2008, a further commitment of five years was undertaken making this partnership one of the longest Title Sponsorships in Australian sport.

Hopman Cup history

The Hopman Cup was named in honour of one of Australia’s greatest tennis players and coaches – Harry Hopman. For 21 years the Hopman Cup has been serving up the very best in international tennis.
