• German Design

  

  Designed by a handpicked team at the Hyundai Motor Europe Technical Centre in Rüsselsheim, Germany, the New Generation i30’s sporty and dynamic styling is simply eye-catching. The flow of character lines creates a play of light and shadow, and generates a sense of constant movement. Similarly the hexagonal grille together with the distinctive wraparound headlamps and wide-styled rear combination lamps, adds to the unmistakably sleek and assertive appearance.

• FOG LAMPS

  

  The angular shaped front fog lamps are set in a soft-edged recess, adding extra personality and a sense of refinement. The fog lamps enhance near range visibility of the road ahead during difficult weather conditions.

• ALLOY WHEELS (Elite & Premium)

  

  The Elite and Premium variants of the i30 are equipped with a choice of stylish and strong alloy wheels. The Elite comes with 16” alloy wheels and tyres and the Premium with 17” alloy wheels and tyres. A full size spare wheel in the same style is also standard on Elite and Premium.

• REAR COMBINATION LAMPS

  

  Wide, dynamically styled rear combination lamps add a touch of style and enhance visibility for following drivers.

• Intelligent HEADLAMPS (Premium)

  

  The projector-like illumination of the High Intensity Discharge (HID) with automatic headlight levelling headlamps casts a significantly brighter and longer light beam on the road ahead. Their automatic headlight-levelling capability also reduces glare that can distract oncoming drivers.

  An automatic light sensor switches the headlamps on at dusk or when encountering low light levels, such as in tunnels and car parks.

• Panorama Glass Roof (Premium)

  

  The twin-panel full length glass roof offers true open-air driving fun. At the touch of a button, the front panel opens and a wind deflector activates for passenger comfort.

• Rear view camera (Elite & Premium)

  

  The rear view camera is cleverly hidden away behind the Hyundai emblem in the tailgate. When you engage the reverse gear, the camera housing opens allowing it to relay images to the centre console 7” multi-media touch-screen and closes after the reverse gear has been disengaged. This clever housing helps prevent damage to the camera and keeps it safe from the elements, ensuring that it always provides you with a clear view of what’s behind the vehicle when reversing.

• ELECTRIC FOLDING MIRRORS with Puddle Lamps (Elite & Premium)

  

  Aerodynamically designed outside mirrors automatically fold and unfold when the Smart Key is used to unlock or lock the vehicle. This ensures there’s less chance of getting the mirrors damaged in car parks and tight parking situations. Similarly, puddle lamps switch on when the vehicle is unlocked with the Smart Key, lighting the ground area around the front doors to make night-time entry easier and safer.

• RAINING SENSING WIPERS (Elite & Premium)

  

  A windscreen mounted sensor automatically initiates wipers when moisture is detected, providing hands-free comfort and safer driving in rainy weather.

• REAR SPOILER

  

  The rear spoiler enhances style and aerodynamics, and is integrated with an LED high-mount brake lamp, which increases awareness of stopping intention to following drivers.
