Hyundais iCARE wins inaugural CanBlue Innovation Excellence Award

Independent judging panel and Hyundai owners impressed by iCare’s comprehensive package of after-sales service
iCare the only customer care service program awarded in Canstar Blue’s newest Automotive category

14th April 2015 - Hyundai’s industry leading iCare Customer Care Program has received a prestigious Canstar Blue Award for Innovation Excellence.

It is the first time the consumer-focused Canstar Blue Awards have included awards for Innovation Excellence in the Automotive category. Hyundai’s iCare was the only customer care program awarded in the new category.

iCare was adjudged best in its class by an independent panel of motoring experts which also considered submissions from Hyundai owners.

“iCare by Hyundai is a game-changer in car servicing and arguably the best customer care program in Australia, giving absolute transparency in service pricing – an area of much contention for many people – and a level playing field for dealership pricing,” said Canstar Blue General Manager, Megan Doyle.

Its new award for Innovation Excellence also echoes Hyundai’s previous clean sweep of Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction Awards in 2010, 2011 and 2012.
