A Helping Hand for Aussie Kids

Hyundai Help For Kids

Hyundai Help for Kids will offer grants to a range of organisations focused on children's programs only. Created to deliver assistance to children and their families we will offer support through sport, culture, education, health, community engagement, and social welfare initiatives. Hyundai Help for Kids will not only provide vital funding to grant recipients, but can also offer supplementary vehicle assistance programs to selected organisations.

Hyundai Help for Kids in 2014 raised over $1,374,420 for not-for-profit organisations supporting Australians under the age of 18, via 50:50 Hyundai and Hyundai Dealer Network contributions made from every new* vehicle sold in Australia.
Since the program commenced in January 2014 , we have proudly partnered with AEIOU Foundation, Camp Quality, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, John Maclean Foundation, Kids Research Institute - the Children’s Hospital at Westmead, Life Education Australia, Make-A-Wish™, Motorvation Foundation, Royal Institute for Deaf & Blind Children – Indigenous Outreach Program, Steven Walter Children’s Cancer Foundation, Redkite, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Australian Cervical Cancer Foundation, Clown Doctors, Little Wings, Hyundai Goals for Grassroots, Hyundai Help for Kids – Lions Academy, Hyundai HyTech Donation Program, and have already seen the achievements and success of Hyundai Help for Kids in action.

A dedicated communications and resource hub for the Hyundai Help for Kids program, including a suite of social media outlets, has been established to offer connectivity points with the initiative, its partners and their work.

Hyundai Goals for Grass Roots

Since 2007, Hyundai Motor Company Australia has granted over half a million dollars to more than 200 local grassroots football clubs across Australia through the 'Goals for Grassroots' program. The program is linked to Australia's national football competition; Hyundai A-League and is in operation during every round of the season; including the Grand Final.

How does it work?
During each round of the Hyundai A-League season, one match is designated as the 'Goals for Grassroots' game. In this match, the selected junior club is issued with an array of match day benefits including match tickets and receive a guaranteed $1,000 grant plus an additional $1,000 for every goal that the home team scores (up to maximum of $10,000 per game).

How to enter
Junior football clubs simply complete the online registration form telling us how a Goals for Grassroots grant will help kids in your junior club and community. All eligible entries will be reviewed by a Hyundai Help for Kids panel and junior club grant recipients will be selected based on the worthiness of the application and rationale on how the funds will help the kids.
